Seven of the ten suggestions given can be easily implemented in almost anyone's life as healthy lifestyle choices. As with many other health topics, increased exercise and healthy eating is a great place to start. Scheduling time to exercise a few times a week will not only keep away signs of aging, it makes you feel better immediately. You don't even need a gym membership! Strap on some sneakers and go for a long walk or jog. Too cold outside? Try renting fitness videos from your local library or find some online. Most require little to no equipment and are relatively easy to follow.



Other lifestyle suggestions include getting proper amounts of sleep, using sunblock, and reducing stress levels. At number 4 on the list is "The Golden Rule: Treat Your Body As You Would Like It To Treat You." This means cutting out junky foods, not smoking, not over eating and being active.


 

Sound boring? Don't worry, number 10 encourages individuals to enjoy life and indulge a lot. Red wine and chocolate have been known to have antioxidants and health benefits including preventing some types of cancer. The source even mentions the benefits of hormones released during sex.



The final three choices are more of medical decisions. Facelifts are listed as number 2 although it is given as the most expensive and risky option. Hormone regulation is also mentioned but again it is risky and costly.



The best of the three medical choices is the natural supplement, glutathione. Glutathione promotes a healthy body and regulates toxins. However, after age 35 levels of glutathione decreases significantly. Using patches as a supplement to restore healthy levels may prevent cancer and encourage young-looking skin.
